Thanks God for the gift of wisdom, passion and endurance to the Officers, Management, Members and Children and Youth Laboratory Cooperative Officers of the Socorro Empowered Peoples Cooperative (SOEMCO) who attended the 1.5 day-Strengthening Partners on Development through Empowerment and Reflections (SPIDER) and Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) conducted by the representatives of the AgriCOOPh Federation and the Belgium-based NGO Trias Southeast Asia on July 18-19, 2025 at the SOEMCO Function Hall, Socorro, Surigao del Norte, Philippines.
